Service and Calibration

Scaletec operate from Palmerston North, providing calibration, certification and repair service mainly for businesses in the Central and Lower North Island of New Zealand.

Our technicians will install and train you in how to achieve the best from your scales. 

We are always available to maintain your equipment either through a regular maintenance agreement or on an ad-hoc casual basis. 

A service visit from Scaletec means you will have independant advice, your scale calibration checked & calibrated correctly if required and of course either advising or carrying out any repairs that may be required to keep the scale equipment in good working condition at all times.

A test certificate will be issued for all equipment tested which will outline any errors or damage to your scale.

Companies with a Maintenance Agreement with Scaletec become preferential clients and receive the benefits of special rates. 

Scaletec will respond to break downs in an urgent manner, and upon availability if requested, outside our normal working hours which are 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
